Join us for an approachable watercolor workshop in the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere at the Inns of Aurora Schoolhouse. Designed for both inexperienced students and those who wish to build upon their existing skills while working at their own pace, this class includes an optional 90-minute introductory lecture on Monday, November 12 at 5:30 pm (free) and one or both workshops (ticketed) scheduled for the following day, on Tuesday, November 13 at 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Be sure to bring along an image of one of your favorite landscapes to use as the subject of your next masterpiece. Inspirational images will also be provided.
If the weather permits we may take our easels outside.
James Martocci is a certified art teacher living in the Bronx. His abstract watercolor paintings have been exhibited in and around the New York Metro area. He is a patient teacher, motivating students with his genuine enthusiasm for the medium and for sharing the joy of painting.
