ABOUT ABOUT

This 60-minute, coach-led boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls) and stretching. Each uniquely designed session will feature a warm-up, training and cool-down segment for a total of 60-minutes. Excercise modifications will be offered for every level and body type. Individualized coaching will ensure your form will be monitored and adjustments suggested. First-time attendees are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to discuss your level of fitness and personal needs. Plan to break a sweat.
