Certified Relax and Renew© Teacher Laura Coburn will instruct you in techniques for assisting yourself or someone you care for to find peace and replenishing rest using yoga props and meditation on the rhythm of the breath. This workshop class is gentle, approachable, and suitable for everyone — no prior experience needed. This class is free for Inns of Aurora guests and is available to the public for a $14 drop-in fee.
