Join Olivia Shea, RYT 200 for a fusion of power yoga, Pilates, calisthenics, plyometrics, and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). This class will focus on strength training and will raise the heart rate to rev the metabolism and offer a low-impact, full-body workout. The class is designed to tone the whole body and improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Expect to sweat, curse, and covet Savasana. NOTE: please bring water and layer your clothing. This intermediate to advanced class is not appropriate for beginners. This class is open and free for Inns of Aurora guests and is available to the public for a $14 drop-in fee. The instructor offers class packages for the public which may be purchased at class. All equipment is provided.
