Since 2007, Billsboro Winery owners Vinny and Kim Aliperti have been living their dream and creating exceptional wines on their idyllic 28-acre farm located on the northern end of Seneca Lake. With rich flavors and silky textures, Billsboro Winery specializes in crafting classic dry European varietal wines. Committed to a sustainable winemaking practice, Billsboro Winery sources their grapes from Sawmill Creek Vineyards, an environmentally and socially responsible farm also located on Seneca Lake.
