Since 2009, Cigar City Brewing has elevated Tampa’s craft beer scene with an expansive portfolio — from their bold, hoppy Jai Alai IPA to their well-rounded Maduro Brown Ale with notes of semi-sweet chocolate, almond, and brown sugar.
Chef Patrick spent his formative cooking years in Tampa and is excited to share his adopted hometown favorite with the Finger Lakes. With the help of distributor TJ Sheehan, we’ve secured some special release beers for this dinner — including Marshal Zhukov’s Russian Imperial Stout, a gold-medal winner in the 2017 U.S. Beer Open Championship.
