Support yourself and find peace in replenishing rest using yoga props and meditate on the rhythm of the breath. This workshop class is gentle, approachable, and suitable for everyone — no prior experience is needed. Consider having only a very light breakfast, easily digested breakfast at least two hours before class. This class is free for Inns of Aurora guests and is available to the public for a $15 drop-in fee.
